Calm your mind and body

 Seat uprightadjust speed according to your inhale length. Click pause and then Reset. Exhale, click Play. Follow (the dot) square breathing to calm your mind and body, which can help reduce inflammation. It is extremely important to make all the breathing phases equal to get the maximum benefit, which is why you must follow the dot. An audio beep (click anywhere to start beep) is added at the corner for extra precision. Bookmark to practice daily three times a day.
